Fixtures installed and provided by Revision Plumbing are warrantied for one year. We do not warranty owner provided fixtures that are installed.
Appointment Cancellation, Custom Orders & Payment Policy
By scheduling service with Revision Plumbing, you agree to the following terms:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equal to one (1) hour of service ($230+tax) will be charged.
Custom Order Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs after a custom or special-order part has been purchased or fabricated for your project, a restocking fee will apply. The amount of the fee will depend on supplier terms and material costs.
Small Parts Exception
Restocking fees do not apply to standard, non-special-order small parts.
Payment Terms
All payments are due within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
Late Fees
Any invoice with an outstanding balance after 30 days will be charged a late fee of $10 per day until the invoice is paid in full. Late fees are assessed daily at 5:00 PM.

These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
